Exterior painting
- Trench, along walls in contact with ground.
- Water blast (clean entire surface to be painted).
- Mask & cover
- .Repair holes, cracks on walls.
- Resurface any damaged areas.
- Re-glaze cracked or loose window seals.
- Sand, as necessary.
- Apply prime coat to all exposed and patched areas.
- Apply finish coat to the optimum thickness.
- Touch up, as needed.
- Clean up thoroughly before leaving.
Interior painting
- Cover all furniture and floor.
- Mask and tape knobs, lighting fixtures, outlets, etc.
- Repair holes and cracks. (patch & sand)
- Repair stains.
- Apply prime coat to exposed areas and some necessary areas.
- Apply finish coat to the optimum thickness after primer dries.
- Touch up, as needed.
- Clean up thoroughly before leaving.
